Terms of Service

By commissioning me you agree to these terms of service.

To commission me or if you have any questions,

send me a DM on socials (links at the bottom of the page) or an email. 

Do not commission me if you do not have the funds. If something unexpected comes up,

partial refunds are possible. 

Please be prepared to provide clear picture reference(s) of character(s) (e.g. a reference sheet) and pose(s).

If you do not yet have a reference sheet, explain what you have in mind as well as you are able to,

as I can not read your mind. Any picture is better than nothing, stick figure drawings are welcome!

You must be at least 18 years old to commission NSFW art/art containing nudity!

I will draw:

​

  • animals (anthro, feral)

  • humans, humanoids

  • monsters

  • gore, blood

  • robotic parts

  • robots (only with proper references)

  • disability equipment

  • original characters

  • fan art

  • NSFW (18+ anthro, humans, humanoids)

  • LGBTQ+ content

I will not draw:

​

  • some fetishes (always ask first)

  • racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic etc. content

  • NSFW of minors (not even fictional)

  • feral NSFW

  • mechas

Payment

​

Payment via PayPal invoice (I will need your email for it) or MobilePay

if you have a Finnish phone number.

Please let me know if you need to wait until a certain date before you can pay. Otherwise I am expecting payment within 48 hours.

Work process

​

I will start working after full payment. 
You will get a sketch to approve and you can point out what you want to change. 

You will get another update after lines and flats are done. At this point you may only

request a change of colors, pose will not be changed. 
I will send the finished artwork to your email or give you a link to my Sta.sh from

where you can download it.
You can ask to see more WIPs at any point.

Refunds

​

I do not refund completed works.

If, however, something unexpected happens and you need the money back and request a refund before I have finished, I can refund a certain percentage depending on how much work I have

already put into your commission. 
Send me a DM on social media or an email with your reason if you need a refund and we can discuss it.

Rights & permissions

​

I have a right to decline your commission if for any reason I feel uncomfortable or inadequate to draw it. 

I retain the right to post the finished artwork to my portfolio, website and social media. 

If you, the client, wish to remain anonymous, let me know when giving me the commission request. Otherwise please provide a username I can credit (e.g. X, Furaffinity, Instagram).

The client is permitted to post the artwork they commissioned on their social media as long

as they credit me as the artist.

The client is allowed to use the artwork as their wallpaper, icon, banner etc. as long as they

credit me as the artist (e.g. in bio). 

The client may print the finished artwork for personal use.

I retain the rights for commercial reproduction of my artworks.

The client is in no way allowed to make profit off the finished artwork.

Clients are not permitted to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non fungible tokens.

Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens, cryptocurrency or any other blockchain-based technologies is strictly prohibited.

Any rejected sketches are not the client's to keep and I may reuse them for other work.

The artworks may not be modified by anyone other than me.
